Job description
About the Role
Are you ready to take full ownership of industrial construction projects? As a Construction Supervisor at Polytek, you’ll be the driving force on-site, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You’ll coordinate between the back office and the client, keeping projects on time, on budget, and up to the highest safety and quality standards.
This is more than just supervision—it’s about leading with confidence, making real-time decisions, and spotting opportunities to optimize projects. If you’re passionate about hands-on project management, proactive problem-solving, and industrial innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Own the safety strategy – identify risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure compliance.
Keep a close eye on budgets – track expenses, report to the Project Manager, and prevent overruns.
Lead the kick-off and planning phase for construction packages, setting projects up for success.
Monitor progress like a pro – identify delays, take corrective action, and keep things moving.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure every detail meets the highest standards.
Facilitate mechanical completions and ensure seamless package handovers.
Stay ahead of stakeholder communication – run meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Spot and seize commercial opportunities, helping Polytek and our clients scale to the next level.
Build strong client relationships that drive long-term partnerships.

About Us
Polytek was founded on a clear and non-negotiable principle: getting it right from the start. As engineers and builders, we’ve seen how industrial projects are too often mismanaged.
With an advanced 3D modelling process, rigorous preparation, and extensive on-site experience, Polytek maps out industrial projects in such detail that we can confidently deliver on time and within budget.
To steer industrial projects effectively and efficiently, we collaborate with all stakeholders and work our way through a four-step process:
Initiate
Design
Build
Operate
Always with the utmost attention to detail.
By uniting different perspectives and skill sets, we tackle challenges from all angles—engineering, project management, architecture, process development, and innovation.
Yes indeed, the ‘poly’ in our name is not just a play on words. It’s a reflection of who we are and what we’re capable of.
